Eligibility

To be eligible to purchase goods on this Site and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Site under English law you must: (a) be aged 18 or older; and (b) register on the Site; and (c) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.

Prices

All prices indicated for products available via the Site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the

Delivery and Returns:

Returns are accepted in the unusual case of the products being faulty or damaged upon arrival, full postage costs will be reimbursed.
If you decide you no longer wish to keep the products you have purchased we will exchange upon receipt of the returned goods, at your own expense, within 28 days of receiving your order.

All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt as we cannot issue exchanges on goods that have been used or opened unless the product is faulty. Delivery charges are only refunded in the case of faulty goods. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We strongly advise that for your protection, you use a recorded-delivery service to return items.

Udulite Natural Skincare endeavors to accurately represent goods to the best of their knowledge. If you require any further information that is not listed, please give us a call or send us an email. We do not carry out own clinical testing but we do test the products out on ourselves and encourage our customers to give thier own feedback and testimonials.

We treat your personal data very carefully and adhere to the current online selling regulations and Data Protection Laws. Your details will not be passed on to other companies without your permission, your personal information will not be used for any other purpose and your data will be stored appropriately and in line with the Data Protection Law. If you do not wish to be contacted, please unsubscribe using the facility on the mailing list.

Complaints:

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your goods or service, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email. We will endevour to resolve your complaint in an efficient and timely manner.
